Connell Property Management (CPM) provides a bespoke property management service for our clients. We act as a sole point of contact, assisting our clients with the management and maintenance of their properties whilst they are away, devoting our attention to ensuring their homes run smoothly and giving them the peace of mind that their properties are being properly looked after.
We provide a service tailored precisely to your needs including but not limited to:
- Twice weekly property inspections to ensure everything is in order
- Organising visits to the property from our team of reliable contractors for cleaning, gardening, security, maintenance and other services as required
- Attendance at the property to supervise maintenance work
- Waiting-in for deliveries
- Secure key holding
- Dealing with emergencies or alarm alerts
- A point of contact in your absence
- Preparation of your home for your return
The service is bespoke to each client and so we will do as much or as little as they require based on a minimum of 4 hours per week.
